According to Legislation of Russian Federation*, surrogate maternity is allowed only in case of medical indications:

• Absence of uterus innate or acquired;
• Deformation of cavity of the uterus or cervix when having congenital deformities or as result of earlier diseases;
• Endometrial pathology (sinechias, obliteration of uterus cavity, endometrial atrophy)
• Some unsuccessful attempts of in vitro fertilization (3 and more) when transporting embryos of a good quality;
• Background Recurrent miscarriage (three or more consecutive early miscarriages)
• Dideases in which the pregnancy is contraindicated

Embryo transfer got used germ cells of the genetic parent is allowed. The recommendation is given by the doctor and fertility clinic where the programme is planned to be realised.
